In your role as a Porter, you have a great opportunity to welcome customers, talk to them, and make their shopping trip memorable. Customers want to be looked after and feel safe in our stores throughout the year. Don’t forget the importance of keeping the car park gritted in icy weather. You need to actively look out for customers who need help, then approach them and offer your assistance. This shows we care and customers really appreciate it.
