These Roles are within our Contact Centre Telephone Banking Teams.
Shift Pattern : 20 hours per week. Shifts between Mon-Sun. 16:00-00:00 (Mon-Fri) & 08:00-19:00 (Sat & Sun) Minimum 3, maximum 5 days per week. 4 – 10 hour shifts. Weekend days will be fixed.
Usual Salary : £16,668 – £17,593 pro rata plus the following increases: 50% for hours between 8pm & Midnight
To be the key first, and often only, point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. Putting each customer at the heart of everything we do by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs and future aspirations.
Please note that the salary quoted is based on working a full-time 35 hour working week, the salary will be pro-rated against the part-time hours.
