As a Deputy Manager you will be a vital member of the management team. You will be challenged with driving sales growth whilst controlling costs. A real people person you will be fully focused on our guests and ensure they have a fantastic experience. You will enjoy being part of, and leading a team whilst encouraging others to develop and progress.
You will primarily be challenged with growing sales, controlling costs and ensuring profitability within the business. However, importantly, you will also be responsible for ensuring staff training is delivered consistently and regularly to guarantee quality food and beverage produce, great service and impeccable front and back of house standards.
During the absence of the General Manager, Deputy Managers will be required to assume accountability for the venue, therefore you will be expected to take over the full responsibility of managing the Unit.
You should be an exceptional manager with a passion for good food and drink and great service.
