Nathanael Dixon from Fife “Le Cordon Bleu London” Winner

This year the winner of Le Cordon Bleu London’s prestigious UK Scholarship Award was Nathanael Dixon, an organic farmer from Falkland, Fife.

He battled off 12 other hopefuls in the ultimate cook-off to win a prize worth over £35,000 which includes, a place on our most prestigious culinary course, the Grand Diplome® (which provides nine-months of comprehensive training in both pâtisserie and cuisine), a three months internship at LIMA Fitzrovia under the guidance of Head Chef Robert Ortiz, and luxury accommodation in central London, courtesy of Homes for Students – Find out More Here.
