APPEAL FOLLOWING CRASH ON CHURCH STREET, GLENROTHES

Police Scotland is appealing for information from the public following a crash in Glenrothes.

The incident took place around 6.45pm on Saturday, 23 November, on Church Street when a car struck a pedestrian.

The 49-year-old woman was taken to Ninewells Hospital with serious injuries.

Sgt Alastair Purvis, of Glenrothes Road Policing Unit, said: “The woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries but is now in stable condition. We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to come forward.”
